Stopped for coffee and a sweet thing at Waitrose supermarket on the way to see my parents at the nursing home. Guy at the cafe was "time and motion" challenged. What should take two movements and 30 seconds, took four and two minutes.

The coffee was scalding hot, but at least had flavour. The coffee I mistakenly asked for at the home tasted like dishwater.
